Flowers Associates contacted us to overhaul their current website and add functionality that would allow them to update the website with the latest jobs via updating a simple CSV file along with candidates being to upload their details and CV.

Develop

The previous Flowers website needed to evolve to meet the needs for an ever changing industry. As technology moves forward, so do the methods that candidates use to find jobs and how employers find quality candidates. Our brief was to add the necessary functionality to allow users to upload their details along with building an easy to use search facility whilst adding engaging content into an effective design.


Define

Working closely with Flowers to refresh their logo, create static website designs and designing an intuitive admin area that Flowers could use to update job roles. We then brought all the functionality requirements together, refresh the Flowers branding and deliver a website which not only is engaging but easy to use.

Deliver

In such a competitive environment as the recruitment industry it is vital to have a strong online presence with the ability to stand out from the competition. Candidates must have the ability to find specific roles that match their criteria closely in a simple, robust and efficient manner. It’s equally important that employers have the confidence that their recruitment agency is doing all they can to find quality candidates that meet their own high standards in an effective and efficient way.
