With the recent success and growth of TrackBack we were approached to create a new website which reflected the company’s presence on the global stage.
TrackBack uncovers how quickly and professionally sales leads from vehicle manufacturers are followed-up by dealers. This critical response time is delivered through smart technologies and the new website needed to mirror that hi-tech environment, look modern and also established.
The Marketing and Insight Director worked together with our digital team and Senior Designer to gather research and discuss how best to position TrackBack in the automotive sector. Fast, reliable, efficient, friendly and approachable were key drivers in helping the team create a look and feel which chimed with potential new automotive customers. Showcasing innovation awards, explaining the benefits and how the technology works in a concise way made for an informative landing page with user friendly parallax scrolling. To complement the launch of the new website we also developed a series of HTML emails for TrackBack to create greater exposure.
In a highly competitive sector the TrackBack website has arrived – it looks established, modern, hi-tech and informative. Client feedback throughout the project was extremely positive and together we continue to keep the brand at the forefront of automotive manufacturers minds.
